Travel planning takes a lot of time. Read as much as possible before you go and watch some documentaries too! I use a variety of websites to assist with my planning (check out this resource page). There is not a single website that is always better than the other. Sometimes they offer similar prices or reviews, but sometimes they’re drastically different. What’s your travel budget? P.S. If you like hard copy books, I love flipping through ones like Fodors, Lonely Planet, and the Top 10 series for ideas. Eyewitness Top 10 is typically small and concise which is nice.
